Withdrawing Money from Paypal in the Philippines

How do you withdraw funds from my PayPal account? In the Philippines, you only have two options: one is to transfer your Paypal funds to your local bank account; another is by requesting for Paypal to issue check in your name.

Transfer Money to Your Bank Account

First, you need to add your bank account in your Paypal account before you can transfer money.


If you haven't done it so, here's a simple guide for you.

1. Login to your PayPal account and go to Profile > Add or Edit Bank Account.
2. Add your bank details. The Bank Code is a unique 9-digit number. You may find a list of PayPal Bank Codes in the Philippines on a separate blog post.
3. Review your bank information and click Add Bank Account to confirm.

Here's how you transfer money to your bank account:

1.Log in to your PayPal account and click My Account.
2.Click Withdraw at the top of the page.
3.Click Withdraw funds to your bank account .
4.Enter your information and click Continue.
5.Click Submit.

Request for Paypal Check

Here's how to get your money by check:

1.Log in to your PayPal account and click My Account.
2.Click Withdraw .
3.Click Request a check from PayPal .
4.Enter your information and click Continue.
5.Click Submit.



Take note that you need to wait for a few days to a couple of weeks to receive your Check and additional waiting time for your bank to clear Paypal Check.
